Hello and welcome to Gluten Free Food NottinghamI'm Sam and I provide a range of gluten free and allergy free food in the Nottingham Area. The business aims to supply food that is not only Gluten Free but appeals to everyone through it's quality and taste.
All the food produced is Gluten and Wheat Free. I love to cook and having discovered I was coeliac in Summer 2011 I have adapted my skills to develop Gluten Free Food.
I set up Gluten Free Food Nottingham in August 2012 and I do everything from the cooking and product development to taking the majority of the photos and of course all the admin and other such things. I also built this site and maintain it, but with so many things to do and my main passion being cooking I don't always get the time to update this site as much as I would like. I am constantly working on new recipes and ideas. I am currently in the midst of developing wonderful bread that you wouldn't even know was Gluten Free.

Event Catering
Catering for events ranging from businesses seminars and weddings to birthday parties. I can cater for your entire party or for individual guests that have individual dietry requirements making savoury platters and sandwiches. All of which are gluten and wheat free. They can also be dairy free, nut free, soya free etc. Please get in touch or fill in the online query form.
Home Cooked Meals
I deliver home cooked food direct to your door. I provide a range of main dishes which are cooked with fresh healthy ingredients. All meals are Gluten Free and I can cater for other allergies and intolerances too.
Celebration Cakes
I love baking and make a wide range of cakes for parties and celebrations, all full of flavour and as always I can cater for specialist allergies
Cakes, sweet and savoury treats.
I make a range of cakes, cookies and nibbles for you to enjoy.
Everything that I make is Gluten Free and Wheat Free and you can eat them safe in the knowledge that they have been made in a Gluten Free kitchen. I am coeliac so fully understand how important it is because it's important to me.
I can also make foods that are free from any other allergen including
