Just Friends West Bridgford
We aim to provide local, unattached people aged 55+ years young with an opportunity to enjoy various activities within a friendly group atmosphere.
Many people live alone for various reasons and it is not easy to meet new people when in the older age group.
There are so many interesting things to do in Nottingham but having no-one to share the experiences often means not doing anything at all.
Going to the theatre, cinema, concerts, a day trip, holidays at home and abroad, walks in our lovely countryside, table tennis, swimming, a day at the races, ice hockey, meals out are a thousand times more enjoyable with likeminded friends.
These are just a few of the activities planned for this group, hopefully new members will enrich this list with their own special interests.
So, why not ditch the pub, turn off the television for an evening, come and meet us and get yourself some new friends and an active social life. Getting out and about doing interesting things with unattached, friendly, cheerful people will enrich your life, and theirs.
